Reservations & Policies

Court Reservations

Courts may be reserved two days in advance online, by phone, or in person beginning at 8:45am
Reservations will NOT be accepted via email. You must call or reserve online.
Reservation times are 1.5 hours for singles and 2 hours for doubles.
Reservations are sometimes moved to maximize space. You are NOT guaranteed to play on the court you reserved.
Only one reservation per person/per day.
You may not reserve a court for someone else. You must play on the court you reserve
All players must check-in at the Pro Shop before entering the court.
Ball machine must be used on courts 5-8
Basket of balls only allowed on courts 5-8

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations will NOT be accepted via email. You must call or cancel online.
Evening Clinics: must cancel by 12 noon on day of clinic or you will be responsible for full payment and asked to provide a credit card to be kept on file for future reservations.
Morning Clinics: Player must cancel by 3:00pm the previous day or you will be responsible for full payment and asked to provide a credit card to be kept on file for future reservations.
Private Lessons: Private lessons must be cancelled 12 hours ahead of the scheduled time or full payment will be required. To cancel a lesson you must contact the Pro directly.
Court Reservations: After four no-call or no-shows for a court reservation, you will be asked to provide a credit card to be kept on file for future reservations.
Ball Machine: At least 4 hours notice is required to cancel or your card will be charged.

Ball Machine

Only available on courts 5, 6, 7, & 8
A credit card on file is required to rent the ball machine.
If you cancel less than four hours before your reservation time, your credit card will be charged.
When using the ball machine, please have all the balls picked up by the end of your allotted time as a courtesy to the next person using the court.
No personal ball machines are allowed.

Racket Stringing

Any racket brought in for stringing must be picked up as soon as you are notified of completion. If you do not pick up your racket within six months, it becomes the property of Caswell Tennis Center.
